Taiwo Olakunle Oladokun famously known as Ltee, is the Hottest Afrobeat-Pop singer/rapper, song writer and record producer, who emerged in the music scene of Nigeria in 2005. Born and raised in Nigeria, He began performing as a member of a church choir, demonstrating his vocal ability with RnB rap music and Youruba influences with his own original twist on Afro HipHop. He speaks fluent English and Yoruba. Despite training as a Clinical Neurophysiologist at the Middlesex University, London, Ltee still could not suppress his love for music. Going down memory lane, the practicing Physiologist at the National Health Service, in Cambridge, says it was a tough call, trying to win the blessings of his parents but they eventually gave in, albeit, reluctantly. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Chief Ebenezer Obey and King Sunny Ade, the artiste, whose hit song titled If I Catch You, is said to be making waves in the UK and has proven that Ltee, is no music pushover. The rapper’s works were produced by UK-based Omololu Ogunleye, who is known in the Nigerian music industry for his productions for music stars like 2Face Idibia, Tony Tetuila and the defunct Remedies. The music video for If I Catch You was shot in the UK on Saturday, September 7 and directed by Nollywood veteran director and actor, Lanre Balogun (of Tunde Kelani’s film “Thunderbolt” Magun fame).
